Donor Privacy Policy
Any data base containing student and donor personal data, contact information and/or financial records is the sole property of the Fund and will be maintained for the sole purpose of carrying out the mission of the Fund. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as may be required by law, and shall not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed by the Board of Trustees, any member thereof, or any employee of the Fund for any other purpose.
